Submission of this yard sale application is the equivalent of a yard sale permit for June 4th 2022. This permit allows the Proud Neighbors of Collingswood, a not-for-profit civic organization, to advertise my address for purposes of a town-wide yard sale. I am the property owner or I will forward a letter from the property owner granting me permission to hold a yard sale at my address listed above. Letters can be sent to YardSale@ProudNeighborsOfCollingswood.org or address listed in Payment Method.
I understand that this permit applies to the event date, June 4th 2022, OR the rain date, June 11th 2022, and will not carry over to any additional date.
If I am organizing a group yard sale at a common site, such as a church or school, each individual seller should submit an application and pay the $5 registration fee. Or, the site should pay $5/person for the number of participants.
I agree to obey the yard/garage sale ordinances of the Borough of Collingswood (

).
The nonrefundable registration fee is $5.00
Some participants choose to donate more than the $5.00 registration fee to benefit Proud Neighbors of Collingswood. All donation amounts greater than the $5.00 registration fee are tax deductible and nonrefundable. Thank you for your generosity and support of Proud Neighbors of Collingswood, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting awareness about historic preservation (ProudNeighborsofCollingswood.org). Checking this box acknowledges that I am aware of the option to donate to the Proud Neighbors of Collingswood.
I have the option of donating $20.00 or more on top of the $5.00 registration fee for a total of $25.00 or more. Participants paying $25.00 or more will receive a bright yellow lawn sign advertising the event. Signs are limited and first come, first served. Checking this box acknowledges that I am aware of the option to donate to the Proud Neighbors of Collingswood.
If I receive a bright yellow yard sale sign for submitting a payment of $25.00 or greater, I will not throw away the yard sale sign. I will leave the sign on my front lawn to be collected by volunteers after the yard sale on Saturday or Sunday. The provided signs are reused every year.
