Ponderosa Band & Orchestra Parent Contact and Email Information
Parents/guardians, please complete the form below so that you can receive important information from Mr. Phalen or the Ponderosa Music Boosters. Critical information (performance dates/times, website passwords, etc.) is sent via email, so please use your BEST EMAIL address.  We are going to start using this email list rather than "no-reply" emails because of the issues with some people receiving information.

For additional parents/guardians with a different email address, please submit additional forms. Parent/guardian contact info may also be shared with key volunteers and the Music Booster board to help organize activities and events.  We NEVER share your emails with outside groups or anyone not connected with the Ponderosa Music Program.
