OSUOSL and CGRB Descriptions
OSU's Open Source Lab (OSUOSL) (osuosl.org) provisions OpenStack VMs on Power CPUs only.  They also provide a Jenkins Continuous Integration (CI) environment for Power (both CPU and GPU).

OSU's Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing (CGRB) (cgrb.oregonstate.edu) provides access to Power systems containing both CPUs and GPUs via a standard HPC batch-queuing system.  Users can also get command line access to individual processing machines with GPU processing and CAPI NVMe cards on processing hardware.
