Remote Learning Request
Please complete this brief form if your child will NOT be attending in-person learning to start the 2020/2021 school year. This option is for parents that do not want their child to wear a face mask, which will be required for all in-person learning, or any other reason for not wanting their child to attend in-person learning. The primary purpose of this Remote Learning Request form is to determine how many students will attend school via Remote Learning, which will allow the administrative team to develop plans for other tentative options.

If you have multiple children that will not be attending in-person learning, please fill out a separate form for each child.    

If you elect Remote Learning for your child, this choice will be for the entire first trimester, which ends on November 11.

This form must be completed by the end of the day on August 9, 2020.
