After completing this form, the Theatre Scholarship Coordinator will contact you to confirm your scheduled audition/interview. You will also receive an Audition Form to complete prior to your scheduled appointment.

Audition Dates
Please select your preferred date and time-block below. A representative from Northwest will contact you with an exact audition time and send you an Audition Packet to complete prior to your audition. Audition Packets are digital and will be sent via email unless a student requires a hard copy. Auditions will be scheduled in 20 minute increments on a first-come, first-served basis.
