UO Elevator Pitch Competition 2019
If you are a UO student (either undergraduate or graduate) and want to compete in our Elevator Pitch Competition taking place on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 6-7:30pm, please fill out the brief application below.The top prize is $500 (with 2nd Place Prize of $300 and 3rd Place Prize of $200). Elevator pitches should be 30 sec. to 1 min. in length and may address a for-profit or nonprofit idea. You may NOT use slides in your pitch (though you are welcome to use props).

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12 BY 11:59PM.

Note: only the top 6-8 applications will be invited to pitch in front of judges on Nov. 14th. Students will be pitching live in front of the judges (your video application is only being evaluated for moving forward in the competition and will not be shown to the judges). THOSE APPLICANTS WHO MAKE THE FINAL ROUND WILL BE NOTIFIED BY NOON ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13.

If you attend our Monday, Nov. 11 Founder Meetup (6-7pm in Lillis 132), you not only will meet other cool entrepreneurial people like yourself, but we will also go over a brief 'How to Pitch' presentation so that your application for this competition is strong.
