Puchi Con PA Vendor & Artist Application
  1. Please read all information on VENDOR HALL SITE carefully before submitting or moving forward. Collab with us and get a table along with more visibility & perks!
 If you would like to participate in PuchiCon at Camelback, then please obtain a ticket, sign anywhere on the invoice/receipt, and email it to BOTH info@puchicon.com and tlynzheng@queenpanda.com. Please complete ALL PARTS of this task by Tuesday, September 26th at 5pm EST. No Sales beyond this date.

*All vendors will pay a non-refundable table fee by going to www.puchicon.com; select tickets; and purchase "vendor tickets."

*Each Vendor Ticket includes Two tickets (1 Vendor & 1 Assistant) and One One 6’x30” table. (Additional tickets can be purchased if required under "tickets" and purchasing "general admission"). Additional tables can be purchased if needed under vendor tickets as well.


Setup Hours: 10.20.23 Friday 2-5 PM
Saturday 10.21.23 & 10.22.23 Sunday 9 AM -11 AM

Vending Hours: 
 6-8pm Friday 10.20.23 
10-8pm Saturday 10.21.23 
10-5pm Sunday 10.22.23

Camelback Lodge is pleased to waive parking charges (normally $25.00 per vehicle, per night) for this
group. Complimentary self-parking for overnight guests and day guests. 

Puchi Con staff and vendors ONLY are eligible for 25% discount on food purchases from all
outlets throughout the resort (discount not valid on any alcoholic beverage purchases).
Qualifying members must provide proof of identification with their Puchi Con badge. The badge
must be preapproved by the hotel before authorizing any discounts.
