AA Stagg HS Modeling Workshops, Summer 2024

Who: Biology and Physics teachers (there is a Chemistry Part I Workshop taking place at Morton West HS 6/17-18 & 20/21).
What: Science Modeling Workshops in Biology & Physics
When: 6/10-6/13 (6/14 optional for those who want grad credit), plan on 8 am - 3:30/4 pm
Where: Amos Alonzo Stagg HS, in the 200s, exact rooms are YTBD (Bio: 240, 242, or 248; Phys: 222)
Why: Exploring new ways to deliver instruction of topics, working through inquiry and student-centered approaches, such as whiteboarding, students defending and articulating their understanding and application of topics, student-led instruction, etc.
How much?: $250 (this includes the $75 we will pay to the AMTA out of your fee)
