We believe in order to live out the faithful call of God in our lives and experience longevity in ministry, each gospel minister should give attention to 3 primary core competencies: Worship, Relationship, and Stewardship.

We would define these three areas as:

Worship - Spiritual vitality and a life lived in awe of God  
Relationship - Healthy, authentic, and God honoring interactions with others
Stewardship - Wise use and management of all our resources

This assessment is designed to provide a current baseline of our spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, and vocational health.
