UCSF Experiential Learning Camp

UCSF Experiential Learning Camp is a programme specially offered to SPM/STPM, or equivalent secondary school leavers, who are waiting for their UPU results. This is for them to experience university life at UCSF, especially if a student has an interest in trying out any of the academic programmes offered by UCSF.

The duration of the camp is from 7 September 2020 to 2 October 2020 (4 Weeks).

Terms and Condition

1. The Experiential Learning Camp is FREE and there is no obligations for a successful applicant to formally join UCSF during or after the camp.

2. The experiential opportunity is for the period beginning 7 September 2020 to 2 October 2020, for up to a period of FOUR (4) weeks.

3. The last application date is 23 September 2020.

4. Students may discuss with the Head of Programme if they would like to change their experiencial programme after entry to UCSF.

5. Successful applicant has the right to leave any time by providing at least a THREE (3) day notice in advance to the Head of Programme.

6. Applications will be in a first come first serve basis. Successful application will be contacted and notified by the Head of Programme.

7. UCSF hostel may be made available on a first come first serve basis subjected to availability. There will be a charge of RM5 per day.

The participation is on a voluntarily basis. By signing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the listed terms and conditions for participating in the UCSF Experiential Learning Camp programme.

If you are below 18 years of age, you have to get consent from your parent or guardian.

Completed application form must be submitted latest by 23 September 2020.

By submitting this application form,

a) The student hereby agrees that UCSF may collect, obtain, store and process his/her personal data provided for the purpose of UCSF processing, assessment, administration, management, promotion and marketing purposes.

b) The student hereby gives his/her advanced consent that UCSF may use the personal data and information including photographs and recordings of the student, in any media form or broadcast production when he/she becomes a UCSF student for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes.

c) In addition, the student personal data may be transferred to any company within, or associated, or affiliated with UCSF which may involve sending the personal data to locations outside Malaysia.
