There is a $25.00 USD fee for merchanting at Crown events. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for this fee. Please use an email address you check regularly and watch for this invoice. Your space is not guaranteed until this fee is received by the event staff.

You must also pay the regular event site fee for yourself.


"Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary."

2. Please be aware that all merchants will be outside.

3. You must provide your own tent/booth.

4. Merchants may arrive onsite after 3:00 pm Thursday.

5. Please note that all merchants are responsible for the security of their own goods.

6. Please bring sufficient cash as the gate personnel will NOT make change.

7. Cell reception onsite is good and should support online payments options.

8. Absolutely NO vehicles (including RV's) will be allowed to park in the merchants area.
