Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply for McDonald’s Online Summer Camp (MOSC) organized by Emirates Fast Food Company, LLC. (McDonald’s-UAE)

Making a booking with us indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please note that we reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Check this page from time to time to review these terms and conditions and please read these carefully.

1. Children ages 6 to 12 from all across the UAE can participate in the MOSC six (6) week program.
2. Parents and/or guardians are required to read and explain to their children the activity session and details that shall be emailed to them before the start of the scheduled session.
3. The language spoken at MOSC is English only. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm the ability of your child to have sufficient language skills for participation in MOSC.
4. Parents/guardians must register through filling out the form (redirected through the McDonald’s App and the Poster’s QR code that is available at our restaurants and on the McDonald’s Website).
5. The registration is open daily and participants may book their session schedule.
6. Participants will receive an email confirming the booking schedule and details of the activity (e.g. what materials will be used, type of activity, what to wear).
7. Microsoft Teams platform will be used for all activity sessions.
8. Should the selected session schedule be fully booked, the participant will be notified via email.
9. McDonald’s does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children.
10. McDonald’s reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire program.
11. Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional reasons. We may also reproduce any comments that we receive either from you or the participants in a similar way.
12. Parents/guardians agree to support the MOSC by encouraging children to abide by the highest standards of positive conduct. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during participation in MOSC is strictly prohibited. Camp rules and instructions of MOSC moderators must be followed at all times.
13. McDonald’s reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from the camp due to misbehavior or whose behavior put themselves or others at risk.
14. The McDonald’s Online Summer Camp program adheres to the best and highest safety expectations and procedures.
15. If you have any concern whilst on the activity session, kindly bring it to the attention of the MOSC moderators immediately.
16. If in the unfortunate event that one of our activity sessions have to be cancelled due to emergency or circumstances out of our control, we will offer or reschedule another session at a later date.

Cancellation and Changes Policy

1. Cancellation or any changes are free of charge. No payment or any form of monetary exchange has been made to McDonald’s in this program. There is no registration fee thus, no refund will be given.
2. If a parent/guardian want to change the booking in any way, they must inform the MOSC facilitators as soon as possible. The MOSC facilitators will always be there to help you.

يشير إجراء الحجز معنا إلى موافقتك على هذه الشروط والأحكام. يرجى الملاحظة أننا نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت عن طريق تحديث هذه الصفحة. تحقق من هذه الصفحة من وقت لآخر لمراجعة هذه الشروط والأحكام ويرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. يمكن للأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم من 6 إلى 12 عاماً من جميع أنحاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة المشاركة في برنامج "MOSC" ‏لمدة ستة 6 اسابيع.

2. يجب على والديهم أو أولياء أمورهم قراءة وشرح لأطفالهم جلسة النشاط والتفاصيل التي يجب إرسالها إليهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني قبل بدء الجلسة المقررة.

3. اللغة التي يتم التحدث بها في "MOSC" هي اللغة الإنجليزية فقط. بقبولك لهذه الشروط والأحكام فإنك تؤكد قدرة طفلك على اكتساب المهارات اللغوية الكافية للمشاركة في "MOSC".
4. يجب على والديهم أو أولياء أمورهم التسجيل من خلال ملء النموذج (يتم إعادة توجيهه من خلال تطبيق ماكدونالدز أو رمز QR الخاص بالملصق المتاح في المطاعم أوعلى موقع ماكدونالدز الإلكتروني).
5. التسجيل مفتوح يومياً ويمكن للمشاركين حجز جدول جلساتهم.
6. سيتلقى المشاركون رسالة بريد إلكتروني تؤكد جدول الحجز وتفاصيل النشاط (على سبيل المثال: المواد التي سيتم استخدامها، نوع النشاط وما يجب ارتداؤه)
7. سيتم استخدام منصة "Microsoft Teams" لجميع جلسات النشاط.
8. إذا تم حجز جدول الجلسة المحدد بالكامل ، فسيتم إبلاغ المشارك عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
9. لا تتحمل ماكدونالدز مسؤولية فقدان أو إفساد أي ممتلكات خاصة للأطفال.
10. تحتفظ ماكدونالدز بالحق في إلغاء جزء من / أو كامل البرنامج.
11. قد يتم التقاط الصور و الفيديو واستخدامها لأسباب ترويجية. يجوز لنا أيضاً إعادة إنتاج أي تعليقات نتلقاها إما منك أو من المشاركين بطريقة مماثلة.
12. يوافق الوالدين أو أولياء أمرهم على دعم و تشجيع الأطفال على الالتزام بأعلى معايير السلوك الإيجابي. يُحظر تماماً استخدام الألفاظ النابية أو الحوارات المهينة أو العنف الجسدي أو التهديدات أثناء المشاركة في "MOSC". يجب اتباع قواعد وتعليمات "MOSC" في جميع الأوقات.
13. تحتفظ ماكدونالدز بالحق في إخراج أي طفل من المخيم بسبب سوء السلوك أو سلوكه الذي يعرض نفسه أو الآخرين للخطر.
14. يلتزم برنامج المخيم الصيفي لماكدونالدز عبر الإنترنت بأفضل وأعلى توقعات وإجراءات السلامة.
15. إذا كان لديك أي أسئلة، نشجعك على لفت انتباه منسقي "MOSC" فوراً.
16. في حالة وقوع حدث مؤسف و كان من الضروري إلغاء إحدى جلسات نشاطنا بسبب حالة طارئة أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا ، فسنعرض أو نعيد جدولة جلسة أخرى في تاريخ لاحق.

سياسة الإلغاء والتغيير
1. لن نطلب منك الدفع عند تغير أو إلغاء إحد الجلسات. لم يتم دفع أي مدفوعات أو أي شكل من أشكال التبادل النقدي لماكدونالدز في هذا البرنامج. لا توجد رسوم تسجيل وبالتالي لن يتم استرداد أي مبلغ.
2. إذا أراد أحد الوالدين أو أولياء أمرهم تغيير الحجز، فيجب عليهم بإبلاغ فريق جلسة "MOSC" في أقرب وقت ممكن. سيكون فريق جلسة "MOSC" متواجدون دائمًا لمساعدتك.
