Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on Colorado’s draft State Plan for Brain Injury for 2025-2028. The plan was drafted by MINDSOURCE, Colorado’s Brain Injury Network housed at the Colorado Department of Human Services, and the Colorado Advisory Council on Brain Injury. Your feedback is appreciated and will be reviewed by the council prior to finalizing the plan.
