If you're a first-time steak competitor at the June 10th Croix Valley Cookoff this summer, you're eligible for a FREE half-day competition steak class! Damon will cover steak selection, trimming, marinating, seasoning, ancillaries, timelines, and equipment to give you a competitive edge!

The 1/2 day class takes place at Anderson BBQ Supply in Vadnais Heights on April 16th.
