This is an anonymous form for students in computing facing an equity-related problem. COMPSA is dedicated to helping students who feel the need to talk to someone about their shared experiences. The purpose of this form is to provide students with a safe and anonymous platform to share their stories, suggestions, and concerns and for us to provide support if needed.

We are collecting information to directly address problems and wrongdoings our student body is facing and work towards creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. In order to better support our students, COMPSA will be planning a new "Equity Circle" event to allow for open discussion between the students and our council in order to help plan new initiatives.
