Library Card Registration Form for West Orange Students

In collaboration with the West Orange Board of Education, West Orange Public Library is offering library cards to all students currently enrolled at schools in West Orange, New Jersey.  Please read carefully.

Once the registration form is submitted, library staff will process the account registration, and email confirmation with a library barcode number to both the student and parent.  This barcode will be valid from date-of-issue to June 30, 2022.
