During the first 14 days of August, we will be praying the Paraklesis to the Theotokos for the health and safety of the living, both Orthodox and not. Complete this form to list the names of your loved ones you would like us to commemorate during the Paraklesis services.

We will keep all requests for the duration of the Dormition Fast, so there is no need to complete this form more than once.

Any names submitted after 6:15 pm will be read at the next service.
