Baptismal Information
Congratulations on your sacramental year!  The first step to receiving a sacrament is to verify the baptismal information since all sacramental grace is built on the foundation of Baptism.  Baptism is the "supreme" sacrament.

If your child WAS NOT baptized at St. John, we will need a copy of their baptismal certificate.
