1. Nominations are due on the 1st of every month

2. Nominations must be made by Association residents.

3. Nominees must be properties in the Glenmoor Gardens Association.

4. Residents may nominate any property in the Association including their own.

5. Monthly winners will be selected in a closed portion of the monthly Board meeting by the Board members in attendance.

6. Association CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations along with the city’s Design Guidelines for Glenmoor Gardens will be used when evaluating a nominee’s architecture & design, adherence to community guidelines, and exhibiting Glenmoor Gardens character.

7. Nominees are eligible for House of the Month if they have not won the contest within the last 24 months.

8. Winners will receive a $50 gift card from Dale Hardware.  Winners will also be published in the newsletter, on our website, and posted at both facility locations
