Thank you for your interest in using the logos and/or images associated with Westfield Academy and Central School District. All individuals and/or organizations not employed by the district, as well as employees who wish to use a logo/image must receive explicit (written) permission from the district before any logo/image associated with the District can be used by an external individual and/or organization in a print, online or any other non-WACS publication or product. Logos may not be modified in any way.

Please complete the form below. You may expect a response within two weeks to allow for a proper review. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will be notified regarding the next steps for logo usage.

Note: The District reserves the right to deny logo usage requests that do not align with its values, policies, or principles.

Agreement and Acceptance

Should permission be granted, the applicant agrees to the following statements.

1. I understand that the school logo remains the property of Westfield Academy and Central School District
2. I will not modify, alter, or distort the logo in any way without prior written consent from the school.
3. I will only use the logo for the purposes stated in this application form and will not use it for any other purposes without obtaining separate permission.
4. I will promptly cease using the logo upon request from the school.
