Please use this form if you are canceling an AP exam that you previously registered and paid for and are requesting a refund.

Once submitted, this form will be processed at the district level.

A refund in the amount of $58 will be credited to the credit card you used in your Touch Base account.

The refund will be processed in 3-4 weeks.

The last date to request a refund is March 27, 2020.
