MYLC Committee Application
Please answer all these questions truthfully and in a manner that portrays you best as an individual.

You will receive hours for service a committee, and it is a great way to get leadership experience -  it's also a great thing to mention in your speech if you are running for the executive board, so be sure to fill out this application!

*Before applying, keep in mind that being on a committee requires additional time, commitment, and effort outside of club meetings, and may even require additional meetings with the head of your committee.

Requirements monthly:
Event Coordinating committee: 1-3 events every month (Committee members will receive one hour per 3 events found.
Publicizing committee: 1-3 graphics every month (Committee members will receive 1 hour for every 3 graphics made.

-IF the requirement is not completed by one month: probation and the last-month's events roll over (2 graphics or 2 events the next month.)

Selected applicants will be notified using email.
