Please fill out the following form if you wish to present in the Research Showcase, a special event to be held during the virtual 2021 ESIP Winter Meeting. This event worked very well at the virtual 2020 ESIP Summer Meeting, and provided opportunities for attendees to interact with content throughout the event, as well as time to meet with presenters live as you would at an in-person poster & demo session.

We ask that all contributors in some way address the 2021 theme of Leading Innovation in Earth Science Data Frontiers

Presentation Formats:

Digital Poster: Share a poster
Demo/Tutorial: Recorded video discussing a tool or resource, ideally no more than 5 minutes in length
Other: if you would like to discuss an alternate presentation method, please get in touch with ESIP Staff to discuss (staff@esipfed.org).

Proposals will be accepted until COB December 18th, 2020. Submissions will be reviewed based on the quality and completeness of the proposal, as well as relevance to ESIP areas of interest and to the year’s theme. It is not likely that any proposals will be rejected, but ESIP Staff will contact you if the scope of your proposal is not well-aligned with the typical meeting audience.

Depending on the number of proposals received, ESIP Staff may limit the number of contributions any one person can lead and/or close the submission portal prior to the original deadline.
