WE WELCOME YOU TO THE BIGGEST FOOD FESTIVAL ON LONG ISLAND! 

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming season in our artist section within The Famous Food Festival hosted at the Tanger Outlets of Deer Park. This event hosts around 10,000-12,000 people a day. 


"THE ARTISTS ALLEY" will be our art & culture section within the event. This event will be running for 2 more weekends on Long Island. Please review the following details and complete the submission form as required.  THIS APPLICATION IS FOR RIVERHEAD TANGER OUTLETS IN NOVEMBER.

WE ASK THAT YOU REVIEW CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND DATES
Unfortunately this year we will only be taking submissions from ARTIST, CRAFT MAKERS, HOME MADE WELLNESS PRODUCTS, INDEPENDENT CANDLE MAKERS, CERAMICS/POTTERY MAKERS and ARTISANS. 

Any small businesses with FOOD or OTHER PRODUCTS not listed above will need to apply through the Famous Food Festival website as different permits will be required. 

Due to the high demand of this event, your submission will only be accepted once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent prior to acceptance of the event. Please do not send your vendor fee until you have received an email from us.

TYPE OF EVENT: We welcome you back to our favorite FOOD FESTIVAL on LONG ISLAND. 
This year our dedicated section at the festival will be called "THE ARTIST ALLEY" it is held inside the Famous Food Festival alongside 60 Food Vendors serving up delicious delicacies of countries from all around the world!  

There truly is something for everyone to enjoy at this one-of-a-kind food festival, including: Live Music Performances at our expanded Seating section, Beer and Wine Lounge, Cooking Demonstrations by Professional Chefs, Local Artists Gallery, Cigar & Bourbon Lounge, Vampire Escape Room, Axe Throwing, 9 Hole Mini Golf, Mobile Man Cave Tailgating Experience and our Famous Kids Section!

TICKET TYPE: This fun-for-the-whole-family event is perfect for all ages to enjoy, with prices at only $8 to attend each day when you purchase online, with further discounts for multiple day entry purchase! Tickets at the Door (single day) will be available at $14 per person/per day. Children Ages 8-12 Only $6, Free admission for children 7 and under. RAIN DATE: EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION IS MADE BY THE FAMOUS FOOD FESTIVAL.

BOOTH AVAILABILITY:  The event is open to ARTISTS, CRAFT MAKERS, HOME MADE WELLNESS PRODUCTS, INDEPENDENT CANDLE MAKERS, CERAMICS and ARTISANS.  This event is outdoors and will only host 12 vendor spaces. 

AVAILABILITY AS OF FRIDAY AUGUST 26TH: 12 SPACES AVAILABLE ON ALL DAYS

BOOTH SPACE: As this is an outdoor market you will receive a 10ft x 10ft space.  Artists/Vendors are responsible for  tents/tables/chairs to this event. We do not offer rental services for this venue. DUE TO THE LIMITED SPACE THESE GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED.

Artist Tier (Visual Artists, Photography, Ceramics, Stickers and Crotchet Items) - $120
Non-Artist Tier (Hand Crafted Jewelry, Candles, Home Made Wellness Products) - $160


TWO DAYS: Artist Tier ($220) Non-Artist Tier ($300) 
THREE DAYS: Artist Tier ($320) Non-Artist Tier ($450) 


PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK THAT YOU CHOOSE A TIER OF WHAT YOUR SET-UP WILL MOSTLY INCLUDE. WE WILL BE REVIEWING YOUR WEBSITE/PAGE PRIOR TO REQUESTING THE VENDOR FEE. DO NOT SUBMIT A VENDOR FEE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 


Why is there different pricing tiers?

Our original mission at Colored Colors was providing opportunities for local artists of mixed media discipline. We want to provide opportunities for ALL but we lean towards a more affordable space for our artists. We still encourage small businesses to join our events as we have still priced our fees relatively lower than other event organizers throughout the state of NY. Due to the high cost of operating in this festival, vendor fee pricing are a little higher than usual. 

What else do I receive with my vendor fee? 
 
Our pricing includes personal recap photos of your booth, personalized flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards with and cross-promotion on our socials. 

Vendor fees can be completed after receiving a confirmation email. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We will only be accepting Venmo or Zelle. To protect our business we will not be able to accept any additional type of payment during the 2022 calendar year.

You will receive a confirmation email and link to upload your marketing information once the payment is completed. This email will be coming from our events@coloredcolors.com email

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Colored Colors is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors or patrons are within limits of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 

In addition each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products.

Colored Colors is not responsible for any sales that the vendor must make. We do not take any commission of your sales after the vendor fee is paid.  We take responsibility in marketing this event through all our socials, community partners and within event outlets throughout our community. 

In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, and forces of nature or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the respective control, the event will be postponed. 

In the event an event is FULLY cancelled by Colored Colors, the contract is null and void (no longer valid) and vendors will receive a full refund. 

REFUND POLICY: EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION IS MADE BY THE FAMOUS FOOD FESTIVAL. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY. 
Refunds will only be given if there is a complete postponement of the event.
