購買同意條款 Course Regulation

1.學費不包含課本等教材,敬請留意。The tuition does not include the materials (textbook, CDs, etc.).

2.我們不接受每周申請上課時段,課程有固定課表,若之後有需要更改可以再與老師討論。We do not accept weekly applications for class time slots. The course has a fixed schedule. If there is a need to change it later, you can discuss it with the teacher.

3.每一堂課是包含50分鐘的上課時間及10分鐘的中間休息時間。50 minutes per class, with a 10 minute break between each class.

4.不可以在學期期間要求更換老師。It is not acceptable to change teachers during the course term.

5.因自然災害等不可抗因素而導致學生或教師無法如期上課,本校將以補課方式處理不得要求退款。If students or teachers are unable to attend classes as scheduled due to natural disasters or any force majeure, MLC will rearrange a make-up class but no refunds will be requested.

6.不可將上課權利轉讓給他人。You cannot transfer the right to attend classes to anyone else.

7.如果需要請假,請最晚在原訂上課日的前一天晚上6點以前,通知MLC辦公室或您的老師,超過此時限則不得要求補課或退款。Please inform the MLC office or your teacher about your absence at least one day in advance (before 6pm). Exceeding this time limit, no make-up lessons or refunds are allowed.

8.如需補課,補課應在預定課程最後一天後的 1 個月內完成,逾期不得再要求補課或退費。Make-up classes shall be done in 1 month after the last day of scheduled class. No make-up classes and refund will be offered after the prescribed deadline.

9.一次購買較多時數可提供折扣 (30小時95折優惠/40小時以上9折優惠) 。5% discount for registration for 30 hours / 10% discount for registration for more than 40 hours).
