Booking Process:


Upon submitting this form, availability on your chosen machine will be determined. Once availability has been confirmed, you will receive a proforma invoice with payment instructions via email (Remember to check your spam folder). Please make sure that the information on the invoice is correct. The machine will be placed on hold for 48 hours, allowing you to make payment. If the payment is not made within 48 hours, the machine will be listed as “available” again. All bookings are therefore first come first served. 

If there is no availability on your chosen machine, you will receive an email informing you of the alternatives. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please do not make payment after the 48-hour period before inquiring about the availability of the machine, since it may have been booked by another customer. No bookings will take place without full payment prior to the event.


Setup Process:


You will be contacted on the Thursday before your event via WhatsApp or SMS to arrange a suitable setup time. The Amuse team will arrive within the allocated time to perform the setup, which usually takes less than 15 minutes. If you will not be present during the setup process, you need to ensure that the venue knows where the machine setup needs to take place. Please note that all machines need to be close to an open power source, so take this into account when choosing the location for the setup. Should there be any delays with the setup, you will be notified.


Collection Process:

 

Please note that the booking officially ends at the agreed upon time, which means the machine cannot stay longer than originally booked. The collection of the machine will take place after the event or from 11pm. If the event ends after 11pm, the collection may take place the following morning, unless the machine is required for another booking early the following day. If the collection takes place the following day, Amuse will arrange a suitable time with the venue.


Photos & Videos:


A selection of your photos will be available for viewing on the Wednesday after your event. The photos can be accessed via our website at www.amusephotobooths.com and you will also receive a digital download link to all the unbranded images. You will have 6 months to download your photos before they are removed from our cloud. Please be careful who you share the digital download link with as they will be able to remove photos from your album.

The videos from our 360 Video Booth are uploaded after the event. You will also receive a link to all the videos once the upload is complete. You will have 6 months to download your videos before they are removed from our cloud. Download links to individual videos can be sent to guests via SMS but this is not a foolproof system due to spam blockers etc. Video sharing and uploads during the event is possible but requires a stable Wi-Fi connection.


General Information:

 

You take full responsibility for the machine, and any additional extras, while it is in your care. This means that you are liable to cover the costs of any damaged, broken, or missing items. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction of a machine during the event, please contact us at 074 129 4908 or 084 652 4752. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the Amuse team will be dispatched to rectify the problem.

Should you need to change any information regarding your booking, such as the date, time or venue, kindly contact us via email at amuse.party@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 074 129 4908. We will do our best to accommodate all changes but cannot make any guarantees. You will be issued a rental voucher if the changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that all our bookings are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 

Amuse Photo Booths reserves the right to change your machine should it be damaged from an event the day before. Amuse Photo Booths cannot take responsibility for the loss of usage during load-shedding. Please confirm the load-shedding schedule with the venue prior to the event. Amuse Photo Booths takes no responsibility for any injuries and/or death resulting from the use of our equipment.


Delivery Information:


Delivery and collection within a 15km radius of our premises, located at 116 Park Drive, St Georges Park, is free. Locations outside of that radius are subject to delivery charges, which are based on AA Vehicle Running Costs. Your invoice will include the cost of delivery and collection.
