By filling out the form below, you are giving the CMHS Band Boosters permission to link your Harris Teeter VIC card to our organization from the 2023-2024 school year.  VIC cards must be re-linked every August and may be linked to up to 5 different schools/organizations!  Thanks for your support of the Chargers Bands!
