Morning Glory Brunch Food & Beverage Partner

If you are looking to market your business and reach new customers while giving back to the community, St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center invites you to participate in our upcoming fundraising event benefiting adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities – 22nd Annual Morning Glory Brunch on Saturday, April 29, 2023, 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on our main campus.

Our Morning Glory Brunch is known for its tasty bites and beverage tastings, live music, shopping, and our signature frog race. The proceeds raised at the event support our Aquatic and Garden Programs we offer to over 400 adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

We invite you to support the event as a Food or Beverage Partner

Here’s what we’re asking from you:

  • For Food Partners - Donate signature appetizer or brunch bite(s) for around 400 guests
  • For Beverage Partners - Donate drink samples for around 400 guests
  • Set-up, be present/attend your booth and break-down from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • Gift certificate from your business ($25 minimum value) for our auction to be provided to St. Madeleine’s by April 1, 2023. (optional)

Here’s what St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center will provide you:

  • Website, Social Media & Email recognition (60,000+ impressions)
  • Signage displayed and/or recognition at event (500+ impressions)
  • Opportunity to place promotional item(s) at event (500+ impressions)
  • Listing in the event packet & email (500+ impressions)
  • Letter referencing your tax-deductible contribution to St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center
  • Tasting booth includes: 
    1. 10’ by 10’ tent, two tables with linens, and two chairs (if requested)
    2. Ice and/or electricity (if requested)
    3. Volunteer to assist staff at booth (if requested)
    4. Sample disposable products (paper napkins, plates, plastic forks, knives, spoons, paper cups, and plastic glasses)
