I draw from over 20 years of experience from the teaching studio and the stage, and my teaching is highly influenced by the Alexander Technique, a technique that helps to integrate the body and mind for optimal performance, awareness, and ease.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, emerging professionals and avocational singers. I have a background & training in contemporary music, musical theater and classical music styles. I incorporate many principles in my teaching, including trauma-informed practices, whole-body awareness, somatic tools, the Alexander Technique, and functional anatomy.
