The safety and well-being of our students/participants and staff members remains our highest priority. Wild Wonders Forest School has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Wild Wonders cannot guarantee that you/your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending Wild Wonders Forest School could increase your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. I represent and warrant to Wild Wonders Forest School that I, my children or immediate family members have not recently travelled outside of Canada, and do not have any symptoms of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, fever, cough, or difficulty breathing and have no medical condition that would make my child(ren)’s attendance at, or participation in, any activity at Wild Wonders Forest School more hazardous. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I or my child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Wild Wonders Forest School. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Wild Wonders Forest School may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Wild Wonders employees, volunteers, Wild Wonders clients and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and my child(ren) (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with attendance at Wild Wonders Forest School. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, and I discharge, and hold harmless Wild Wonders Forest School, its directors, staff members, volunteers and board members, of and from any claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto, including any claims based on the actions, omissions or negligence of Wild Wonders Forest School. * *
