Central's Day Camp - Start the Party - will run from July 15 - 19 at the Connors Hill Site. At this point we are looking for people to sign up to help in the various areas of the Day Camp so that we can open camper registration at the beginning of April. Without volunteers camp cannot happen.

Take a look at the various roles where you could serve and sign up today. Some of the positions are behind the scenes getting ready for Day Camp and some are the week of Camp. There is a place for everyone. Sign up today!

Day Camp will be for kids from Central and their unchurched friends who are in grades K-6 (fall 2024). It will run from 9-4 on Monday - Thursday and 9-1 on Friday, ending with a hot dog lunch. We will be providing child care for volunteers' kids who are too young to attend camp.

Large Group Bible Story Teller - be part of the teaching team each day (Monday - Thursday 9:00-10:00 and 3:30-4:00; Friday 9:00-1000 and 11:30-12:00))

Worship Team - help lead campers in worship (Monday - Friday 9:00-10:00)

Tech Team - push the right buttons at the right time (Monday - Thursday 9:00-10:00 and 3:30-4:00; Friday 9:00 - 10:00 and 11:30 - 12:00)

Small Group Leader (Grade 10 to adult) build relationships with your campers and take them to their various activities (Monday - Thursday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30 - 1:30)

Assistant Small Group Leader (Grade 7-9) build relationships with your campers and take them to their various activities (Monday - Thursday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30 - 1:30)

Host Team - help with check in each day (Monday - Friday 8:30-9:30)

Decorations Director - coordinate all the decor required and get the supplies ready (before camp)

Decorations Team - get all the decor ready for camp and help with set up and tear down (before camp and Friday afternoon)

Crafts Director - coordinate the crafts for each day and getting supplies ready (before camp and Monday - Friday 8:30-12:00)

Crafts Prep Team - help prepare crafts prior to camp

Crafts Leader - teach the craft to each group of kids each day (Monday - Friday mornings)

Snacks Director - organize the snacks for each day and get them ready for campers (before camp and Monday - Friday 9:00-11:30)

Snacks Team - help prepare each day's snack (Monday - Friday mornings)

Games Director - organize the games for each day and ensure supplies are available (before camp and Monday - Friday mornings)

Games Leaders - run the games each day (Monday - Friday mornings)

Missions Director - oversees and sets up Missions area and activities for each day (before camp and Monday - Friday mornings)

Child care workers - provide care for volunteer's kids who are too young for camp (Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4:30, Friday 8:30 - 12:30)

Admin/Office help - help with preparing materials needed for camp, editing or formatting documents (before camp)

Prayer Team - pray before and during camp

BBQ Team - prepare and serve the lunch on July 19
