At The City, LifeGroups are essential for us as disciples to be with Jesus, become like Jesus and do the works of Jesus in our city. They are where a small group of people get together to explore faith and encourage each other in the way of Jesus. 

Serving as LifeGroup leaders is a worthwhile and rewarding way to serve God's purpose of disciple-making; Giving is a great way to grow. Leading is a great way to learn. 

This training is for current LG Leaders, potential leaders and anyone who has a desire to know more about LifeGroups in The City. 
(Note: Going through the training does not mean you are automatically a LifeGroup Leader.) 

It runs for four sessions, covering: 
(1) Purpose of LifeGroups and Pathway for Formation
(2) Life Cycle and Dynamics of LifeGroups
(3) Roles of a LifeGroup Leader and Practices for Growth
(4) Growing Yourself and Others
