Help feed the Creek Monster! Waterloo Greenway is accepting food vendor applications for this year's Creek Show. Creek Show is free and open to the public and welcomes over 50,000+ visitors annually.

GENERAL
Creek Show will take place November 10-18, 2023 in Austin, Texas. Vendors will be provided a designated area at Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park to sell during the event.
Vendors are encouraged to prepare and sell unique-to-Austin fare. The vendors will be reviewed and selected by Waterloo Greenway Conservancy and Creek Show organizers. Applications are due by October 9, 2023. Applicants will be notified on or before October 19, 2023.
DATES & HOUR OF OPERATION
Friday, November 10 - Saturday, November 18, 2023
Vendors will be assigned a time to load in and setup on the first event day. Exact dates, times and instructions will be shared with accepted vendors. All vendors are required to be ready to conduct business each night of the Event. Vendors must be setup by 5:30pm and prepared to operate from 6:00pm through the close of the event at 10:00pm. *Vending hours subject to change.
VENDOR FEES
Vendors are required to conduct business each event day, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fees includes permitting, vendor space, white tent(s), 6' tables, basic power (one (1) 110 volt), and trash removal for all Event Dates.
Vendor Fees: $500 (one-time fee). Waterloo Greenway suggests a donation of 10% of net proceeds after Creek Show to support future free community programming at Waterloo Park.
A "No Show Fee" of $250 will be charged each night a Vendors fails to conduct business during the Event Dates.
Vendor Fees DO NOT Include
- Water (access to potable water can be provided by advance)
- Ice
- Signage
- Lighting
- Electrical needs beyond one 110 volt (additional power can be provided by advance)
GUIDELINES
- Due to venue limitations, food trucks are not permitted.
- All partners are required to comply with environmental guidelines to help the event minimize the waste generated at Waterloo Park.
- All service items must be recyclable or biodegradable.
- Prohibited items include: glass, styrofoam, and open flame (without prior approval),
- No alcohol sales permitted.
- Nonalcoholic beverage sales must be coordinated and approved with Venue concessionaire.
