Tell us where we can improve
We're always looking for ways we can do what we do better but we know that disclosing who you are can be daunting. For that reason, your feedback can remain completely anonymous.

To be completely transparent, we'll read your comments to identify issues in what we're doing, or look at ways we can improve what we do. If you're wanting to report inappropriate behaviour from any of our team, we'd really appreciate your details so that we can check that you're ok and getting any support you need.

Please note that any exam Appeals need to be raised in accordance with our policy.

Could you describe the situation you recently encountered that you'd like to see improved? *
When does your feedback relate to?
We appreciate your help in pinpointing where there may have been an issue
What would you suggest we could do differently/better? *
Is there anything else you'd like to share or tell us?
Only if you want to...
We promised that your suggestions can remain anonymous and we're keeping to that.
However, if you do want us to follow up with you about anything (even if it's just to let you know that you've been heard and to share with you what changes we're making), we invite you to provide your contact details.
Absolutely no pressure and it's totally up to you - it's perfectly ok either way.
If you'd rather remain anonymous, no problem - just scroll to the bottom and click "submit".
What's your name?
How would you like us to get in touch?
Please provide your email or a phone number that you'd like us to use to contact you.
Thank you for your feedback!
We are committed to providing a supportive environment for you to achieve your exam goals and we're grateful that you're helping us to do that even better. Please know that conversations are always welcomed by Michelle and Gabi in the office, if you ever want to raise something in future. And this suggestion box will still be here if you want to remain anonymous (and that's totally fine, too).
