In-Person Attendance Sign-Up
Please complete your sign up by 12 pm NOON on the Friday before the Shabbat you wish to attend in person.

We will continue to livestream Shabbat morning services via StreamSpot. Shabbat evening (Friday night) services and daily services will continue to be on Zoom only for now. We will continue to encourage those most vulnerable to join us on Zoom during the week and Friday evening, and on livestream for Shabbat morning.

Good news!  We've been advised by our Board of Directors Medical Committee that we may now sing during services, with our masks on.  We will continue mask wearing and ask that you socially distance at a minimum of 12 feet.

Please assume that once your entry has been submitted, that you are on the list.  We will only notify you if services have closed out due to capacity being reached.

Effective August 21, 2021:
Everyone who is eligible to be vaccinated (age 12 and older), must be vaccinated to attend. Children younger than age 12 are welcome to attend, but must be able to sit through the entire service with their parents. Masks are required for all in attendance (age 2 and older), regardless of vaccination status. Family units may sit together, but social distancing from non-family members will be required. Out-of-town guests are welcome to attend, provided they meet the requirements above.  

TAY will send out a new registration form for services on August 21, 2021 and thereafter.
