We offer a free childcare club for children from Reception to Year 6 from 3.15pm to 4.30pm to assist working parents. During this club children will be offered a range of activities such as games, arts and crafts as well as free play time. Children can be collected from the main office entrance between 4.00pm and 4.30pm.
To ensure the safety of children and to assist with staff planning, it is vital that we know whether parents/carers are expecting children to stay behind for Childcare Club. Children should be booked using this form. At the end of each school day, class teachers use the after school club registers to see who needs to go to their gate and who is staying in school. Unfortunately, children cannot be given the option to decide if they want to attend clubs at the end of the school day as we do not have enough staff to facilitate this safely.
Please notify the office as soon as possible if your child will not be attending so the Childcare Club register can be amended, and your child is sent to their gate with their class at 3.15pm.
