Re:Group Leader Kick-off RSVP
We hope you can join us for our Community Group Leader Kick-off on Sunday, January 5th.

This event will take place from 5:00PM-6:30PM at our Irondequoit Campus of Northridge Church. If you have yet to attend a Group Leader Training, there will be a New Leader breakout for you from 4:15PM-5:00PM.

Dinner and Childcare will be provided for children and adults.

Our theme for this Re:Group event is Real.

We will address Group Leader Essential #4 - Model Authenticity

- How open should we expect our group members to actually be with each other?
- Where is the line between sharing openly and sharing too much?
- What barriers keep us from being real?
- How do we create an atmosphere where people feel safe enough to share what is really going on?

This is a great opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills as Drew Karschner and our Group Coaches discuss these tensions & questions.

We will also be sharing some updates about what God has been up to at Northridge and give you the inside scoop of what's next for our church.

By RSVPing below, it will help us know how much food to order, how much childcare to recruit, and how many people will be attending the New Leader breakout.

We look forward to partnering with you this year to make more and better disciples in your Community Group!
