Future Champs Tennis Clinics Fall Registration Form
Please fill out ALL questions below to enroll your child in our Fall 1 tennis clinics!

Fall 1 Session: Mondays and/or Wednesdays thru October for this session (there are some exceptions)
Time (Future Champs group): 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (for kids ages 8 to 15)
Dates: October 3rd thru October 28th, unless a class get rained out (will do a makeup class)
Location: Winthrop Memorial Tennis Courts, 1162 Eden Terrace, Rock Hill
Cost for Future Champs: 1 class per week=$100 (total), 2 classes per week=$185 (total)
Time (Lil Sneakers group): Monday 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM or Saturday 10 AM to 11 AM (for kids ages 5 to 7, beginners)
Cost for Lil Sneakers: 1 class per week=$68 (total for 4 classes), 2 classes per week=$126 (total for 8 classes)
Dates: October 3rd thru October 29th, unless a class get rained out (will do a makeup class)
