Perry Middle FFA has teamed up with Florida Fruit Association to bring you the freshest citrus during the holiday season! To order your fruit for special occasions, gifts, or simply for yourself, please use the order form below.

Fruit will be delivered the week of December 2, 2019 to the Perry Middle School cafeteria. However, if you need it to be delivered to your HCBOE building, it can be arranged! (Don't let proximity stop you!) An email will be sent when the specific date is announced.

Orders are due November 7, 2019. Please make all checks payable to Perry Middle School FFA. Simply drop the check in the Pony mail made to: 0200 Perry Middle, c/o Ashley Whiddon. You will receive a confirmation response email regarding your order. If you need to change your order, you have the option to edit the response.
