IMOCSEA PRIMARY 1 MOCK TEST
National Round Guidelines:

Before the Examination:

1. Provide an official GMAIL ACCOUNT. Send it through IMOCSEA Committee’s email.
2. You will receive the examination and Zoom links 2 DAYS BEFORE the schedule date of the exam.  Use separate gadget for Zoom.
3. Wear your school uniform or proper attire during the examination.
4. Answer the MOCK TEST before the examination. Be ready. Be prepared.
5. Secure a stable internet connection. We don’t want the examiners to get low score for not taking it on time due to unstable internet connectivity.
6. Webcam will be required during the exam, secure one.  

During the Examination:

1. Be in the Zoom room 30 minutes before the examination or no later than 1:00 pm.  Rename your screen this way:  Grade Level-Complete Name [GRADE 2-ANTON REYES].
2. Check your email containing the examination link 2 days before the National Round.
3. Take the test for 90 minutes.
4. The examination can be opened at exactly 1:30 PM. The 90-minute timer will start at the same time.  You will see counter on top of your screen on the test interface.
5. The test is also accompanied by remote proctoring.  The system will ask you to provide access to your camera..
6. Provide access to share screen when asked by the system. Select “Entire Screen” we would know if you have selected chrome or tab only.
7. Switching screen tabs, browsing online sites, opening of social media sites and the like can be detected and is prohibited during the exam. Any form of cheating will not be condoned.
8. Your video will be evaluated after the examination. We encourage you to avoid unnecessary actions that may lead to disqualifications. Once found, the examiner will automatically give you zero score.
9. When you need to communicate with the proctor, use the Zoom chat box instead of your microphone.  Mute your microphone at all times.
10. IMPORTANT: Make sure to SUBMIT your test before the TIME lapses. Failure to do so will automatically set your score to zero.


After the Examination:

1. Leave the zoom room courteously.
