Please help us fill the streets as we walk for awareness  during Smiling for Samuel's Run/Walk to Remember on October 14, 2023 in Neillsville, Wisconsin.  Early Registration is $20 per person which includes a t-shirt and some fun take home items. This is NOT a timed event. We are simply walking/running to bring awareness .This Registration will close September 14th in order to receive an accurate tshirt count.  After September 14th, this form will switch over and can no longer be used to order t shirts.  More information on the routes will be included soon!
