This is the application for our WIN-ter WON-derland Event.  If accepted, it becomes the event contract with our terms and conditions list below.  

4th Annual WIN-ter WON-derland Event
Plainridge Park Casino
Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019 from 11-4.  Set up will start at 8:30, not before.

Fee is $140.00,  6' Table, linens and 2 chairs provided. Extra space add $70.  Extra space is equal to 1/2 of a full space.
