·         Using input from parent surveys to inform the Parental Involvement Plan.

·         Conducing the annual Title 1 Parent Meeting in conjunction with the Meet the Teacher Night on August 15, 2023.

·         Posting the plan on the school’s website.

·         Requesting parental input on the Title One program on the Title One compacts, on the mid-year survey, and on the end of the year Title One survey.

·         Inviting parents to complete parental surveys during fall parent-teacher conferences

·         Mrs. Henneise will be available during Fall Parent-Teacher conferences in October to meet with parents about Title I (whether via Google Meet or in-person, depending on regulations at the time)

·         Providing information about what the Title 1 program is on the school website

·         Participating in CARES (MTSS intervention problem solving) meetings

·         Holding parent-teacher conferences

·         Arranging for meetings with the classroom teacher and/or literacy coordinator

·         Emailing information to parents

·         Sending home notes and progress monitoring to parents

·         Discussing suggestions, decisions, and concerns over the phone or Google Meet

·         Holding phone conferences or Google Meet conferences

·         Using translating software and Internet sites to translate material for parents, as needed.
