Thank you for your interest in the TEAM (Teaching Environmental and Agricultural Memories) program with the Sonoma Resource Conservation District. We are elated to offer this unique on-farm experience to classes annually in our community. This almost 6-hour program consisting of one field trip and one pre and post classroom visit, supports the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and greatly enhances students’ understanding and appreciation for our local agricultural landscapes and natural environment. There is no charge for this field trip experience, and eligible classes may receive funds to cover transportation costs, which is made possible by the voters of Sonoma County who fund the work of Ag + Open Space with a quarter-cent sales tax.
