The information submitted will only be shared with the 3 ISTA Faculty and the event Organizer. You are invited to share as much as you are comfortable to. The last page is a list of the agreements we use to create a strong and safe container for our journey. It is important you read these carefully. If you wish to discuss any of the agreements or for some reason cannot agree to any of them please let us know so we can discuss further.
