Based on current knowledge and understanding of the pandemic, which reopening framework would you recommend ICS follows? (Descriptions of each plan are available in the attached PDF file.) *

Plan A - All students in the building, every day

Plan B - Hybrid version (half of the students in the building at a time)

Plan C - Remote learning only

(Additional option) Plan C Alternative - If you want your student to remain enrolled at ICS but to participate remotely, only, please check this box. This choice secures your child’s seat for the following year, as your child would still be enrolled. To be approved for this option, students must have demonstrated the ability to complete work in a satisfactory manner this past Spring.
