Poll: Interest in 8th Grade at FlexTech
Hello FlexTech community and families.  We are in the very early stages of considering opening an 8th Grade Cohort for the 2023-2024 School Year.  We would like to hear from you to help us determine interest for this model.

Our vision for our 8th grade cohort is to create an integrated academy-style, project-based learning approach, much like what we have done with our First Year Academy.  Students would research and create projects around multiple disciplines while building the tools they need to be successful in a Project-Based Learning High School like FlexTech.  

The current proposal would have 8th and 9th grade in an academy separate from the other grades occupying different spaces and on a different bell schedule.  The goal of the 8th Grade is to give the students a chance to complete 8th grade while getting a jump start into their high school experience at FlexTech.
