I am so glad to meet you here. You have given a lot of thought and determined you are ready to create life change. Not only create, BUT be...the change, starting with this first Whole30 group experience.

 This group will start Monday, April 15th and run through Monday, May 20th. We will be meeting each Monday at 7 pm at Afishionados to provide accountability, education. We will be meeting on April 15th to prepare and learn navigating grocery shopping with Whole30, prior to the actual start date, then to prepare together 5 meals each week from the Whole30 Fast and Easy Cookbook during your Whole30 (this will be 3/22, 3/29, 5/6, 5/13) The actual start date of your Whole30 will begin April 22nd, and we will meet the last day of your Whole30 on Tuesday, May 21st at 7pm, to recognize your accomplishments together, and prepare for the most important phase - Reintroduction.  

This group will include the first 8 people to sign up, as space is limited. We limit the group to 8, to provide a small group setting - a safe place to be known, while becoming who you are. The cost will be 450.00 paid in full within 48 hours of an email sent to notify you of your acceptance into the group, along with a Standard Health Notices Form, and Informed consent to be completed and returned. (If you are not accepted into the group at this time, you will be notified and can choose to be placed on a waiting list for the next available group offered). There will be no refunds available once purchased. (As you are making a commitment to yourself, to see this through to completion). This cost will also include the Whole30 Fast and Easy Cookbook, as well as the Whole30 Day by Day Journal. These materials will be used daily throughout your Whole30. This will also include 2 - 15 minute phone conversation to be scheduled, to discuss your personal goals, and a daily accountability group through the Group Me app.
