NEICE Secure Document Portal: Emails for M/CMS States with Signed MOUs
Please use this form to indicate what emails should be added to the NEICE portal for your state. This form is for states who have signed MOUs but are not yet live in the system.

What State are you from?
Please tell us what your state url domain is. For example, for NJ, the domain is:  dcf.nj.gov  We need to approve your state or country's Web domain so that the Secure Document Portal knows it's okay to accept documents from your state.  
Please list common emails that should be added to the Portal so that you can receive documents from other states. You may choose to list one or more of the ICPC coordinator's email addresses (A central agency email address or individual email address). These are the emails to which notifications should be sent. Also, please indicate the State Agency Name for each email. Example, Marci.Roth@california.gov (California ICPC Central Office); Tom.Livoti@california.gov  (California ICPC Regional Office). Please separate emails and agency name with semicolons.
