The HMS coaching team is excited to provide skills camps in the areas of basketball, cheerleading, softball, baseball, volleyball, and track and field.  We would like to utilize the information in this form as a way to gauge interest in these camps as well as create rosters for each sport.

Camps will run Mon-Fri (3:15-4:15) for 7th and 8th grade students on Plan B based on their Cohort (week in school) and add in any Virtual Academy students that would like to participate where there is space.  Students cannot attend outside their Cohort week and if space allows for VA students to participate, they will be assigned a cohort week to join.  All of this allows us to maintain the expected safety protocols and procedures for Covid-19.  Students will NOT change clothes and masks are required.

Please note that just because you complete this form, does not mean you should plan to attend.  We will be following a first come first serve roster based on when this interest form is completed. Rosters for attendance will be posted on the HMS Athletics website (https://www.wakecountyathletics.com/heritagemiddle) the Friday before your cohort week.

Prior to participating students must complete the form below and return it to HMS, as well as have a sports physical on file.  If you have one from last school year, that is fine.  Please also print out the form below and plan to bring it with you on your first day of your cohort week.
